Let's use our experiences from serving at events to compile 'lessons learned' that will perhaps benefit us individually and as an amateur radio service to the community. These comments should be well-meaning and, if critical, meant constructively and not in any way personally! If we do not openly critique these events we do not learn to do them better in the future. That said, this should be limited to things that happened and not criticism of any individual. If you are pointed out, i.e. "W4AGA did this wrong" it is meant not to point fingers but for all of us to learn not to do it wrong in the future!
